1. Course Cancellation
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for our self-paced online courses. If you are not satisfied with the content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the course material.
2. Live Bootcamps & Workshops
For live instructor-led sessions, the following rules apply:
- Full Refund: Requests made at least 72 hours before the start date.
- Partial Refund (50%): Requests made between 24-72 hours before the start date.
- No Refund: Requests made less than 24 hours before the session begins.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items/services are not eligible for refunds:
- Digital downloads and templates once accessed.
- One-on-one coaching sessions that have already been conducted.
- Subscription fees after the billing cycle has started (cancellation will apply to the next cycle).
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please email our support team with your Order ID and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days via the original payment method.
